More Dry-Wall

Another busy day hanging dry-wall and getting the utility room ready to mud. The entire entry way and utility room is ready for the joint compound which we hope to start on throughout the week. We also had to run new wire for the doorbell. We’ve had an extremely busy weekend, but this is our favorite time of the year to work on this kind of project. We’re hoping to have the utility room and entry way completely finished by winter, with the refurbished cabinets installed. We’re taking the original cabinets that were removed from the basement, sanding and painting them, then buying a new countertop. It’ll give us all of the storage that we need for the basement.
